No A's Without B Vitamins

Researchers have discovered that Vitamin B deficiency may cause significantly reduced learning capacity.7,8

“Metabolic impairments induced by a diet deficient in three B vitamins – choline, folate, B12 and B6 – caused cognitive dysfunction," says Aron Troen, PhD.

It stands to reason – Vitamin B is needed to convert glucose into brain fuel, and even a mild shortage can cause kids to be irritable, apathetic and forgetful. B Vitamins are also water-soluble, requiring them to be replenished more often through foods like whole grains, lean meats, eggs, beans and green vegetables. Want to help your kids get A’s? Better pack those B’s.
