I am a huge fan of "catch." Everyone has there own glove and we have plenty of balls wekeep in the trunk. I just love going to a park and throwing the ball to my kids and seeing the look on their face when they catch it. They get a chance to throw it to us as well! Easy, simple, fun! ALSO jump-roping to different songs, jumping backwards, twisting the rope etc. Both are inexpensive yet great ways to get in some physical activity
